REV heads and experts in all things auto will gather on the banks of the Don River tomorrow to watch competitors from across the state battle it out behind the wheel.
The second Don River Dash will kick off tomorrow with 75 cars and 150 bikes expected to take the track across the weekend.
Car races will begin at 8.45am on Saturday and Sunday with an expected close of the finish line about noon.
Both afternoons will be filled with the motorbike races which are set to start at 12.45pm with a close of the finish line about 4.30pm.
There is a dedicated spectator are on Telegraph Rd with an area for people to sit with chairs and tents and a nearby parking area.
There will be contact tracing on entry where people will be asked to provide their details, so spectators are encouraged to arrive early.
A limited number of vendors will be operating in the catering area.
Coronavirus restrictions mean the general public will not be allowed to enter the showgrounds and every competitor and member of the pit crew will be allocated an arm band at sign on that will give them access to the showground.

For those who describe cars by their colour and how many wheels they have, there will be live commentary on radio channel 91.1 throughout the day with information on all the races and competitors.
The event was inspired by the Baja 500 in Mexico with the Burdekin Offroaders adapting the idea of a river bed based track to the Don River near Bowen.
Among competitors will be national champion Toby Price who has multiple Australian Off Road Championships under his belt as well as wins at the annual Finke Desert Race.
