Bhubaneswar: A day after deceased social activist Aditya Dash’s father raised suspicion on a ‘Psycho Lady’ in his son’s death, the woman in question has presented her side before the media.
She said that her relationship with Aditya was pure and ‘very decent’. “I am unable to understand why they (Aditya’s) are tagging me as a psycho.”
“There was no friction or harshness in between us. Our love started over social media however, we broke up over a minor reason, which was not very serious,” she said. Their relationship lasted for four to five months.
However, post breakup, she had gone to the old-age home run by Aditya a couple of times to meet him. “The meets were very cordial and we exchanged pleasantries on these occasions. My last call to him was on March 5, on Aditya’s birthday,” she said.
“The truth should be revealed, instead of bringing every bit of his past before the public,” the woman added.
On the other hand, Aditya’s mother echoed her husband and raised suspicion on the woman. “She used to threaten my son repeatedly. The girl was desperate to marry my son and when her wish remained unfulfilled she nursed anger against him,” Aditya’s mother said.
Aditya’s father Nandi Kishore Dash had alleged that a ‘psycho woman’ used to blackmail the social activist and she wanted to marry him. He also mentioned that the details have been shared with the Crime Branch.
